How will my voice mail and fax system operate?

Standard Virtual Office Package (no secretary):

After entering your code/extension number your callers will hear your company greeting. In most cases they will be prompted to leave you a voice mail message or send you a fax. Several forwarding options are available, including our most popular option--automatic (instantaneous) forwarding to your e-mail address, 24/7. The method of forwarding is up to you. You can also dial in and access your voice mail message at any time using a secret code.

Executive Virtual office Package (live secretary):

During normal working hours a bilingual secretary (fluent in English and Thai) will take your calls and represent your company according to your instructions. In most cases your callers will be informed that you are not currently available to take calls. The caller will then be asked to leave you a message, send you a fax, or send you an email message (there are many options here....all dependent on your wishes). Several forwarding options are available. The method of forwarding is up to you. You can also dial in and access your voice mail messages at any time using a secret code.
